Educare Preparatory School caters mostly for the disadvantaged communities within the greater Middelburg area and Rietkuil. Strict admission procedures are being enforced. Parents are requested to complete application for admission on a yearly basis and a contract of acceptance in respect of school fees has to be completed and signed.

Learner’s birth certificate
- IDs of both parents
- Most recent school progress report (new learners)
- Study permit were applicable
- Evidence of employment/income
- Medical aid card
- Proof of residence
- Latest school fees statement (new learners)
