OUR HISTORY
Educare Preparatory School was established and registered with the Mpumalanga Department of Education, EMIS No. 800031179 in 2002 with 9 learners in Grade R. In 2003, the Grade 1 class of thirty learners was introduced. In each subsequent year, a new Grade was introduced
The school is presently accredited with Umalusi and is registered with the Mpumalanga Department of Education (MDE) and the Education Management Information System (EMIS) NUMBER 800031179. Umalusi is the highest accreditation you can receive and this is very difficult to come by. The school is presently fully accredited with Umalusi and the registration number being 16 SCH01 00231.
The school is registered as a non-profit organisation, NPO Reg.No. 089-194-NPO.The school is registered as a non-profit organisation NPC 2016/436900/08.
The level of education is of high standard compared to surrounding schools. This has been verified by Steelcrest Secondary school by means of a survey. The school operates on a strict code of conduct and learners are not allowed to leave the school premises which is securely fenced and have restricted access..

KEYS TO SUCCESS
Educare Preparatory stands at a great moment in its history. Having enviable record of providing the lowest cost in private education comparable to surrounding Independent Schools and even public schools. It is the goal of Educare Preparatory School to employ dedicated educators and provide excellent support to the educators. Constant monitoring and evaluation is being conducted. Parental involvement in learner performance is constantly being engaged. Learning barriers are detected at an early stage and the correct professional services are being referred to.
Educare proudly boasts an excellent record of attendance of both learners and educators.
Educare Preparatory School follows the National Curriculum Statement (NCS) syllabi and learners can easily be accommodated in public schools. The school abides by most the MDE’s requirements and submit returns as requested.
Our Services
The school caters for all the learning areas prescribed by the RNCS. Regular tests are administered and parental meetings are arranged to inspect learner performance. Learners have free access to contact parents in the case of an emergency. The school provides for all the stationery requirements of learners.
SUPPORTING STAFF
Subject teaching is being implemented in the Intermediate and Senior Phases. Ten Educators are presently employed and Five Support Staff.
The Administrator and Secretary are responsible for the office administration. Four school cleaners take care of the daily chores at school.
